StrataPlex ("we," "us") operates strataplex.ai. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose — the same way we handle client data in our engagements.

• Contact form — your first name, company name, and work email when you ask to start a conversation.
• Strata AI Assessment™ — your responses to the assessment questions (information about your company's size, priorities, operations, systems, and readiness), along with your first name, company name, work email, and optionally your phone number when you submit it.
• Scheduling — if you book a meeting, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information needed to book the time (such as your name, email, and any answers you provide on the booking form) under its own privacy policy.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device type). We do not use this to identify you personally.

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare for scheduled conversations, including reviewing your assessment responses with you.
• To evaluate fit and tailor our recommendations to your business.
• To improve this website and our services.
• To contact you about your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers that operate this site and our business, and only for the purposes above:

• Netlify — hosts this website and receives form submissions.
• Calendly — handles meeting scheduling.
• Google Workspace — our email and business systems.
• Analytics providers — aggregated usage measurement.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and assessment information for as long as it's relevant to an active or potential engagement, and delete it on request.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@strataplex.ai and we'll handle it promptly.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
